The master double room has a ladies dressing room and a Romanesque tiled bathroom. The two twin rooms both have access to wonderful sun terraces yielding breathtaking views of the lush gardens, valleys, and mountains. Fresh linens are provided for your complete comfort. The villa has 5 modern bath/shower rooms. They are elegantly designed and include piping hot water, towels, and amenities including a hairdryer.

The area exudes charm and is a perfect tranquil oasis for relaxing holidays with your friends and families. The gorgeous views are unique, and you can spend full days outside lounging and dining in the large, covered casita, or swimming in the large swimming pool. You can cook fantastic feasts on the traditional BBQ with a kitchen area to serve on the outside table. Or you can choose the wonderful dining area on the outside terrace where you can enjoy the sun. There are plenty of spots to lounge, like comfortable sunbeds. There are pool towels available for your convenience.

Cas Teuler Petit is a 150-year-old farmhouse that’s fully renovated with loving care. You can still capture its rustic features and the home has modern comforts like satellite TV, DVD, WIFI, and charming stone fireplaces for cooler days. The interiors feature stone walls, wooden beams in the ceilings, and stone tiled floors in true Mallorcan style. There is a fully equipped pine kitchen where you can cook hearty feasts. It includes a refrigerator, electric oven, gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. You’ll also find dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The owners of Cas Teuler Petit offer you a welcome pack as well. You can easily access the terrace from the kitchen and there is a utility room with a freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a table tennis table. The farmhouse kitchen table will delight you with the huge open fireplace right next to it. For formal dinners, you can head to the dining area with a sophisticated wooden table and chairs.

For those arriving by car, there is plenty of onsite parking. But the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by foot too. The villa is cleaned weekly, bed linens changed every 7 days, and towels every 4 days. The villa is fully disinfected between guests for your safety. There is a baby cot and highchair, and you can also request stair gates and pool fencing for a small fee.
