The two houses at Villa Arta 2 are set among generous private gardens encompassing rolling lawns, shaded verandas and sunny patios. The main area of the garden is a modern pool deck at the centre of which is a private pool where you can cool off from the heat of the afternoon sun. The pool is lined with sun loungers and living furniture on which you can tan, chat or supervise your little ones as they splash in the pool. For those who enjoy an al fresco meal under the sun, there are several outdoor dining areas, including a romantic shaded dining veranda and an open-air terrace with several dining tables, perfect for dinner parties, adjacent to a covered area with a barbecue grill.
The interiors of the main house at Villa Arta 2 are designed in an opulent vintage style, with several classical artworks, retro furniture pieces such as antique armchairs and writing desks and original architectural features such as a graceful stone fireplace. The wall of paintings in the entranceway will truly have you feeling as though you are stepping into a historic, aristocratic home. At the end of this luxurious corridor is a large, open-plan living room and dining area. Here you can lounge beneath the air-conditioning on plush couches as you watch a movie on the wide-screen TV. Finally, The main house features a large modern kitchen with the full range of appliances and amenities that you’d expect from a villa of this calibre, as well as a second dining table.
