Finca Can Oliva

The four bedrooms at Finca Can Oliva are all designed with comfort as the first priority. With quality mattresses, soft lines and air conditioning any room in this beautiful villa is the perfect environment in which to have a deep and restful night’s sleep. Each room is designed with a white and wood-tone colour palette, with ceiling beams, timber window frames ad whitewashed walls, lending a contemporary-meets-traditional aesthetic. Two of the rooms have double beds and the other two feature configurable beds which can be arranged as either two singles or a double. Three of the bedrooms are also ensuite, served by spacious bedrooms with modern fittings including walk-in showers.

Nestled among gardens, olive groves and rolling hills, the garden offers beautiful countryside views and fragrant mountain air. You’ll have a large private garden with several luxurious amenities at your fingertips so that you can relax in the Mallorcan sunshine in the peace and comfort of your private property. You’ll love the large swimming pool which is surrounded by loungers and sun beds from which you can supervise your children in the pool while working on your suntan. There’s also a jacuzzi where the adults can socialise and indulge in a glass of local wine as the children play table football or table tennis. As the sun begins to set over the surrounding mountain peak, gather around the al fresco dining table to enjoy a BBQ with the whole family.

The interiors of the villa are spacious, cool and stylish. You’ll enter into the large entrance foyer which features a lovely stone staircase in creamy polished marble. The adjoining living room features large white sofas with ample space to seat every member of the family. There is a wall mounted TV, perfect for hosting a movie night. The living room has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors with views of the garden, which can be opened to create a seamless flow between the inside and outside areas. Next, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything that you need to try your hand at the nutritious local cuisine. With an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and more, you can be fully self-sufficient so you can feel truly at home. You can eat around the graceful circular dining table, which is elegantly designed with framed mirrors and a small chandelier.
