The three bedrooms at Aegean House are designed in an airy, elegant style, reminiscent of an old-world country house. Each of the rooms boasts stunning countryside or garden views, and as they’re also fitted with air-conditioning, they are the perfect places to relax and enjoy the refined Mediterranean ambience. The master bedroom features a plush double bed and has access to a large bathroom with modern fittings. During your stay in Mallorca, you’ll likely want to spend as much time as possible in the garden, maximising your time in the glowing Balearic sunshine. When you first step out of the villa, you’ll find yourself on the traditional shaded veranda, which features a beautiful beamed awning and an al fresco dining table overlooking the grounds. Your eye will immediately be drawn to the massive 10x5 metre swimming pool which is surrounded by a lush, manicured lawn. There are plenty of sunny and shaded spots available in which to either work on your an or escape the afternoon heat. There are several sun loungers on the lawn, as well as a stylish outdoor living room shaded beneath a modern veranda. As the sun begins to set, don’t worry, dinner does not have to tear your away from the sunshine. There’s a full al fresco kitchen, complete with a barbecue, skin and counters, where you can prepare a gourmet grilled feast, which you can eat around one of the several outdoor dining tables.
The elegant country house style is carried through from the bedrooms into the rest of the house. The villa is designed in a stylish black, white and wood-tone colour palette, lending an air of elegance and sophistication. The living room features two plush sofas arrange in front of a white stone fireplace. The room also features a TV with a DVD player, so you can escape the heat of the day with a movie afternoon under the air-conditioning. In an adjoining room you’ll find the stylish open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully-equipped, offering the full complement of utensils and appliances that you need to be fully self-catering, including a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
