Villa Katerina has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom and lovely views overlooking the countryside. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor with antique furniture and plenty of natural light. They share a bathroom, and the setup is perfect for families with kids.
The spectacular, blue pool is the gem of the garden, surrounded by local shrubs, plants, and trees. There are lounge chairs where you can enjoy the peaceful ambiance with birds singing and playing in the soft breeze. There is plenty of space for kids to play and run around. You can enjoy long dinners outside al fresco style on the terrace and cook up fantastic meals on the BBQ. If you feel like doing something dynamic, you can play ping-pong while enjoying the lovely scenery.

Villa Katerina is conveniently situated near the Pollensa town center perfectly placed between both town and beach. You can spend a relaxing day on the sandy shores at Pollensa Beach. This charming area has seaside restaurants like the wonderful Tango Ca Vostra that lets you eat while enjoying the sea view. In Pollensa Town, you can discover medieval architecture and authentic Spanish charm.
10/10Everything is great. Beautiful clean house with really great garden! Fully equipped. Only accessible by car, but that was fine for us. Pollença is 5 minutes by car & Alcudia is a quarter hour. Check-in & out was possible without any problems. Supermarkets are also within easy reach.
10/10Everything worked out great with the villa. By rental car, it was 7 minutes to the nearest shops. The house was well maintained and the pool nice and cool. Very happy to come back.
10/10The villa fits the description perfectly and is ideal for a group. We stayed a week in April and were able to use the bbq as well as the garden area. The house was very clean upon arrival.
