Villa Slate

Each of the three bedrooms at Villa Slate is a tranquil oasis of peace and comfort. Each designed in a traditional style, with beamed ceilings and wooden furnishings, the rooms also offer the modern comforts of air-conditioning and high-quality mattresses and linens. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and attractive antique-style furnishings and decorations. The lucky inhabitant of this bedroom also has access to a modern ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. Of the other two bedrooms, one is a twin room with two single beds, and the other is a single room designed to sleep just one guest. These make the perfect kids’ rooms and share a spacious bathroom with a shower.

You’ll spend hours lazing in the glowing Mallorcan sun out in the garden at Villa Slate. Begin your day with a Cafe con Leche around the small coffee table in the outdoor seating area. Before the sun reaches its peak height in the sky, you can work on your tan on a sun lounger while the children play on the well-maintained lawn. When the heat of the day becomes too much, the whole family can take a dip in the cool waters of the 8x4 metre swimming pool. With steps and a shallow end, this is the perfect pool for a family villa. Finally, as the sunset throws magenta and orange streaks across the once azure sky, return to the shaded veranda for a barbecue feast around the large al fresco dining table.

You’ll enter Villa Slate through glass double doors, and find yourself in the open-plan living and dining room. This is the main room of the house, featuring a comfortable lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair, arranged in front of a TV with a DVD player and satellite channels. This is the perfect place to enjoy a movie night, or relax under the air-conditioning if the heat of the day gets a little too intense. Just behind the sofa, and with lovely views of the garden through sliding glass doors, is the dining table, with space to seat six guests. This is where you’ll enjoy the glorious culinary concoctions that you’ll prepare in your fully-equipped country-style kitchen, which is located in an adjoining room. The kitchen will contribute greatly to the smooth running and convenience of your stay as it offers everything that you need to be fully self-sufficient, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and more.

Final cleaning, laundry, WiFi and air-conditioning are all provided when you stay at Villa Slate.
