The upper level of the home has another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room has direct access to the large terrace which has a jacuzzi. One of the rooms on the lower level has two single beds. All the bathrooms have a shower area and other necessary contemporary amenities. Two of the bathrooms has a bathtub. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony extension to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The open jacuzzi on the terrace of Penthouse Rosas is its highlighting feature. Indulge in a relaxing spa session while admiring the beautiful mountain views in the distance. The terrace is spacious and has lounger chairs to relax under the parasols post your bubbly bath. There is a small dining table for 6, perfect for having breakfast under the sunny skies or dining under the stars. The bedrooms also feature balconies which have separate comfy chairs and small tables. You can relax with a holiday read while feeling the vacation breeze. There is a shared pool in the community where guests can head for a swim.
The home has modern and stylish interiors ensuring guests have access to all amenities. The living room features a plush grey couch in front of the TV set. Just alongside this area is the indoor dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. It has a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, so you can prepare elaborate meals. In both the main room and the living room there is an exit to the balcony, ideal for sitting in the morning with your coffee and breakfast while sunbathing in the morning. 10/10Great apartment located within a short walk to all the restaurants. A big supermarket is within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and pool are really nice, internet is also fast. Check-in was easy with the instructions and key box.
10/10We had a very pleasant stay at Penthouse Rosas 1C (2 couples). The penthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from a big supermarket and 15 mins to the beach promenade. The kitchen is super well equipped and everything is nicely furnished. The highlight was the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Communication with Dickinson Villas was very uncomplicated and friendly and when we discovered that the Nespresso machine was defective, it was exchanged within a day. Overall a clear recommendation!
