Villa Els Amatllers

This luxury home has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a high-quality mattress and soft linen, which will give you a restful night. Each bedroom also has its unique feature. For example, the one on the ground floor provides easy access to the garden and the villa’s common areas. Guests with mobility issues and those who don’t want to climb the staircase can stay here.

The remaining bedrooms are all on the upper level. Two of them share a sunny terrace where there is a fabulous sitting area, both in the open and under shade. The fourth bedroom has its own private balcony. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bathrooms in the house and one toilet in the outdoor area.

Guests like to spend the majority of their time outdoors. You can soak up Mallorca’s warm sun in the garden, walk the land on foot, get to know the agriculture fields or hike up the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains, which you can clearly see close to the horizon. Of course, you can also simply pull up a chair or a lounger and relax in the garden if you want.

At the center of the garden, you will find a 12x4-meter private swimming pool that will be exclusively for your family. Enjoy its cool, refreshing water. There is a small fountain on the poolside. Let the kids have fun running in the garden. There is a stone wall in the perimeter, so your safety and privacy are ensured. The upper floor terrace also has a barbecue along with a lounging space.

From the stone façade to the traditional interior design, there is a lot that will impress you. Mallorca’s rich heritage and architecture are evident in the wooden-beamed ceiling and terracotta ceiling that runs through the house. In between, you will find many antique furniture pieces and modern facilities to make your stay comfortable.

The ground floor has an open-concept design. The lounging area has comfortable sofas facing a television and fireplace. The formal dining table sits all eight guests. There is a second lounging area just outside this room on a shaded balcony. Villa Els Amatllers has a large kitchen, where you will find an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

There is air-conditioning throughout the house. In the bathrooms, you will find towels, basic toiletries, and hairdryers. Two have bathtubs and two have showers. For your convenience, the villa owner has kept an iron and washing machine. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 PM to 16:00 PM and also from 20:00 PM to 8 PM.
