But the villa owner has retained many of its old features, which is what makes this property unique. It blends wonderfully well with nature all around.
You are sure to fall in love with the villa as you see the house. It has a wonderful stone façade. It also features an inviting private pool, a barbecue, indoor and outdoor lounging/dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and many modern amenities to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here. Finca Gainesville is located in the countryside, but it is close to many scenic, historic towns, and several tourist attractions.
The house only has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, making it a splendid choice for close friends or a small family that wants an intimate holiday. The master suite has a large antique king bed with antique bedside tables. The large window looks out to the swimming pool and the garden beyond. It is ensuite with a shower.
The second bedroom, which is also ensuite, has twin beds. This is a floral room with matching linen and drapes, which makes this more playful. The floral prints represent the nature outside and the many flowering plants you will see. The third bedroom also has twin beds. It has a study table where you can read a book or work on your laptop if you choose to stay in this room. Different in personality, the three bedrooms will satisfy the different needs of the guests.

The villa outdoors is spread over a huge area. Swim in the large private pool with your friends or family. Have fun splashing around. You will find many loungers on the poolside terrace so you can relax and get that gorgeous Mediterranean tan. This is the best place in the house for those countryside and hill views that surround the property. Venture away from the pool terrace and you will find many nature trails. Go on a long walk in the morning or the late afternoon, once the sun has dipped a little. Not in the mood for walking? Lie back on the green lawn or perhaps organize a picnic or a party. Let your kids roam and play around. There is nothing to worry about as the rental property is fenced.
There is also a shaded area with an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy lunch or dinner on a starry night. There is also a barbecue here.
The interior of Finca Gainesville is fabulously designed. It features a long room with the living area on one side and the dining area and kitchen on the other. Two doors open to the terrace from here, while a third goes into the other rooms. The living area has comfortable sofas for you to relax and socialize with friends or family. It also has satellite television.
The dining area, only a few steps away, has a long table where all of you can have your meals together. It is a part of the kitchen, where you will find an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and other appliances.
There is a housekeeping service at checkout, which means you are going to find Finca Gainesville sparklingly clean on arrival. You can request extra housekeeping at a cost. You can use everything you find on the property – all the kitchen appliances, swimming pool, television, barbecue, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, washing machine, baby cot, and the baby high chair. This villa has a stunning location in central Mallorca. It is minutes from the small hilltop town of Ariany. The rural town hosts many fairs and festivals. Plaza de Sa Creu and S’Auberg are beautiful cobbled areas. The town has a supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy, and a Thursday weekly market. There are at least three good places to eat – Bar Can Jordi, a pizzería called Pizzeriany, and Ses Torres, which serves traditional Mallorcan foods. You can reach the Can Picafort beach resort in 20 minutes from this villa.
10/10House as described with well equipped kitchen. Very large terrace with a nice pool, but the temperature is a bit too high at the end of October. We made good use of the grill and table tennis.
9.8/10We were there with 5 people and enjoyed our stay very much. A beautifully furnished house with a great outdoor area. The pool and the great barbecue were the highlights. The hosts were also super friendly!!! It was almost perfect all around. Only the location and the somewhat hard beds were not so good. Nevertheless, I can recommend the house 100%! There were even fig and lemon trees in the garden. The seating and lounging options are more than perfect.
10/10The size and spaciousness of the farm gave us the feeling of being in good hands. We couldn't see each other for almost 20 months because of Corona, because the children and grandchildren live in England and grandma and grandpa come from Germany. Therefore it was very nice to be together again for 13 days, but everyone could be by himself if he wanted to. The large living area with open, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 persons each) and 2 bathrooms were ideal for us. Not only the grandchildren had a lot of fun with the beautiful, clean pool, which was used extremely gladly and often, at night it was even lit up for an hour! After the cooling swim, the hot nights were easier to bear.
