The interior of this former farmhouse has been lovingly restored and now offers many amenities for the convenience and comfort of guests. Outside you can admire the amazing vistas from the private swimming pool or simply enjoy a glass of local wine from the shaded terrace as you watch the kids play in the enclosed garden. There is something for everyone in the house – both adults and young children.
The house has three bedrooms for six guests. You are guaranteed to stay close to your family or friends as they are all on the same level. Two of them have double beds while the third has twins that can be easily converted to a king if you want. There is a small library too with the second bedroom with books on local culture, food, and attractions. They are yours for the duration of your stay.
Windows provide views of the garden. Guests in the villa have access to two bathrooms. One has a bathtub.

The garden surrounding Finca Palvin is a star attraction. Enter the estate through the iron gate and you will find it on both sides of the tree-lined pathway. Beyond this, there is a vast orchard with many trees. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn. The hills start immediately after this. The poolside has several loungers where you can sit or lie down for your afternoon siesta, to get a tan, read a book, listen to music, or just relax and appreciate the wide nature vistas.
The shaded area has an outdoor dining table and a lounging area. There is also a barbecue just across a small green yard.
The villa owner believes in eco-friendly living, which is evident in the well-maintained garden and lawns. This continues inside – the electricity is provided by solar power. The linen and most of the objects of art have been locally procured from skilled artists.
The 120-square-meter interior of Finca Palvin features a comfortable living room with sofas, chairs, and satellite television. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. Pots and pans are provided.

You will find everything here – air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a television, DVD player, crockery, cutlery, utensils, iron, ironing board, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a baby high chair. This family-friendly holiday villa is very close to the town of Santa Margalida in east Mallorca. See the beautiful Parish of Santa Margalida. The weekly local market is at Plaça de la Vila. Most of the shops and bars are concentrated around the town center. The town is surrounded by many olive and almond trees. Take the Ma-3410 and you will reach the coastal town of Can Picafort in only a few minutes.

10/10We absolutely loved our week staying in this great Finca. It was so peaceful and a great escape for perfect relaxation. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, it was great to be surrounded by nature with only the sounds of the birds, animals and insects and the views were stunning. The pool was fantastic and we loved the house itself, which was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave and would definitely love to stop here again some time
