The first floor has two bedrooms – one with a king-sized bed, the other with twin beds. Both open onto the pool terrace and garden. The outdoor space is where you'll find the pool and terrace bar, which are perfect for cooling off after long days of exploring or relaxing with a glass of wine in hand. Enjoy your alfresco meal outside next to the pool. The main house is flanked by orchards on two sides. In the distance, you can see many tall trees; immediately next to the house, lush manicured lawns cover both sides of it—each side having a separate swimming pool and Jacuzzi so that guests will never run out of options for soaking in some cool water. You can sip a drink, or read a book on one of the ample sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet facilities.
This is a fantastic property for the whole family, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The villa features a large kitchen and dining area, so you can cook delicious meals for your family to enjoy together. A well-equipped kitchen is connected to the dining room by glass sliding doors. Ceiling-to-floor glass walls in both living and dining areas also open onto a terrace, providing spaces for eating or relaxing outdoors.
The bright and spacious ground floor living room offers wonderful views of the garden. The décor has a chic, modern feel—with plush sofas and a wooden coffee table—while simultaneously incorporating traditional Mallorcan design elements: terracotta flooring with wooden beams overhead. There are two bathrooms – one on each floor.
During your stay here, you will have exclusive access to the kitchen, linen and towels; feel free to use the available appliances. The tourist tax is included with all reservations.

Whether you want to spend some time horseback riding, walking, or biking through the nearby hillsides, or take advantage of the many water sports on offer at nearby beaches, you'll have so much fun exploring this beautiful region!
9.8/10The villa is perfect for a family or two small groups! It is in a great location: close to the beach, 10 min to the nearest big supermarket and has a huge area for the kids! We loved it! The pool is great and the outside area is so beautiful. Even better than on the pictures. We would book it again!
10/10We had a lovely holiday and return to Mallorca staying in this villa which was of excellent quality and lived up to our expectations. The villa was well equipped and was high quality throughout. Communication throughout was excellent and very responsive We knew the location was more remote so hire definitely recommended. However being based where it is access to Pollensa, Alcudia, Arta and the nice beaches of north west were only 30-40 mins drive away We also braved going to Palma for one day and once we found a car park that was a good day out but was very crowded this time of the year Overall an excellent place to stay which made another great holiday in Mallorca post Pandemic. Would recommend the villa to others.
10/10We had a very nice and relaxing holiday. The house is modernly furnished, everything is available in the kitchen (finally enough glasses). Everything was clean and the landlord very nice. Quiet location, yet easy to reach. The only thing you should know and which is not mentioned in the ad: the bedroom on the upper floor is open, both to the integrated bathroom and downstairs.

10/10It is a dream home. It has been looked after down to the smallest detail. The garden, terrace and pool are stunning, with children you can play a lot in the garden, without leaving out the comforts of the house, such as the sofa, how practical was the kitchen, very comfortable beds. The service was also perfect and very accessible. Our stay was spectacular thanks to this wonderful house.
