The master suite has lots of space and is situated on the upper floor. The room is a blend of contemporary and rustic, traditional design and has wooden elements and local stone. The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, side table, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub with top of the range toiletries and vanities. You’ll enjoy magnificent views through the floor-to-ceiling door, and you can walk out onto a private terrace area for your relaxation.
The ground floor hosts the two remaining bedrooms that have comfortable twin beds. They share a shower room and separate toilet.

The outdoor area of Villa Es Comella is a truly unique, enchanting oasis of relaxation. There are extensive woods around the area and stunning private gardens. There is a generous 3000 m2 of lawn and scrubs for sunbathing—just in case you needed some room to lounge. The private pool is perfect for refreshing dips, and it has a convenient pool side shower. There are extensive terraces with a dining table and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There is a comfortable rattan sofa to lounge in and the whole space will make you relax and enjoy yourself.
The living area is open-plan with large floor-to-ceiling windows letting in an abundance of light. You can lounge on plush sofas and enjoy satellite TV, WIFI and a DVD player. You can delight the whole family with your cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that has all you need, including a stove with 4 cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You can artfully serve your meal on the gorgeous 6-seater wooden dining table or whisk them outside for al fresco dining.
The dedicated team at Villa Es Comella provides cleaning every few days and changes the linens once a week. A baby cot/crib and highchairs are provided for the young ones. You can also request other services like dining arrangements, tours, laundry, ironing and more. These come at an additional charge.
Even if you love spending time at the villa, there are plenty of things to see in the area. In Arta, you can explore Mallorcan culture, and you’ll be enchanted by the tree lined avenues and narrow winding alleys. Here you can find traditional artisanal Mallorcan crafts. On Tuesdays you can drop by the local market and stock up on all you need for your fabulous feasts. There are excellent restaurants in town like the Restaurante Finca En Serral that has a traditional atmosphere. If you drive for 15 minutes you can visit the stunning Ratjada beach.
