The house has 5 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms have king beds and the others have twins. So, the guests can choose from different sleeping options. All the bedrooms provide homely comforts with soft linen, extra pillows, comfortable mattresses, plenty of wardrobe space, and bedside tables. There are also life-size mirrors for dressing and makeup. Clean, whitewashed walls provide a soothing effect. Large windows provide views of the surrounding greenery.

One upper-floor bedroom opens to a huge terrace with a private seating area. It also has a bathtub. There are four bathrooms in this villa either with showers or tubs. Towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

This 380-square-meter private property has an urban location in the small Cala Sant Vicenç resort town but you will still find lush greenery everywhere. Many tall trees and shrubs surround the estate. Guests love to make the most of their in-villa time around the swimming pool. It is a beautiful pool with Roman steps leading into the cool water. The area is illuminated, so you can swim even in the evening.

Many loungers are lined on the pool terrace for your pre or post-swim relaxation. Just beyond them, you will see a lawn with a barbecue. The pool terrace extends to a shaded corner where there is an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals and a rattan sofa. Placed next to the BBQ, the feast often extends up to this section.

Inside, this luxury home has an open-concept plan. The lounging area is beside the pool with a glass door separating them. It has plush leather sofas, a satellite television, a DVD player, and a library. The dining table, in another corner of the same room, comes with 6 chairs. There is a music system just behind the table for in-house parties. A door from here leads to the back section of the house.

The modern kitchen is in the next room. It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A separate door from here leads to the garden and pool.

Villa Marioma Winter has everything guests need for a luxurious stay. The rooms are air-conditioned. There are safety boxes in the bedrooms. There is an iron and a washing machine. The cost of mid-stay cleaning and final cleaning are included. For a charge, you can ask for laundry service and a professional chef. You can ask for a baby high chair and a cot. The villa manager can rent a car for you and make your tour bookings.
