Built with 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, there are 2 which are double bedrooms and the other fitted with 2 single beds. Each room is designed with wooden ceiling beams, and painted with a different wall colour namely azure blue, pink and mustard green for guests to choose from. Rooms are cosy and comfortable with cottage-style furnishings, and both the double bedrooms are equipped with their own ensuite bathrooms which consist of a bathtub for guests to soak and pamper themselves in.

The sunny outdoor grounds consist of a lush lovely lawn of greenery, with sundeck chairs parked around for guests to sunbathe or nap, as well as a private swimming pool measuring 4m X 2.5m framed by a wooden deck. There is also a sheltered alfresco dining area with a colourful set of highchair seats around the long dining table for 6 pax, and not forgetting the barbeque pit for guests to have some barbequing fun with their meals.
Inside the villa, guests will be pleased by the classic countryside cottage-style design with high ceilings of wooden ceiling beams and cotta-tiled flooring that makes the accommodation truly a relaxing retreat. The living halll is fitted with large cosy lounge sofas with a fireplace to boot, and with little decor pieces around to enhance the ambiance. Just behind this hall is the dining space with a wooden long dining table and chairs, while the fully-equipped kitchen area with its white cabinets and framed windows overlooking the outdoors is a wonderful space for guests to love cooking or to simply hang around during any meal time of the day.
The villa is serviced by a hospitable team of staff who will ensure all of guests’ needs and requests are well attended to, from the moment they arrive. They also offer support and assistance such as for airport transfers, any trip excursions, and housekeeping service upon checkout. There is complimentary WiFi Internet for guests as well as amenities like baby high chairs and baby cots provided.
Villa Ponce is located close to the heart of Cala San Vicente town that is dotted by quaint restaurants, cafes and shops which are perfect for guests to explore on foot and have their meals at. As it is also near the beaches, guests can spend leisurely hours soaking up the sea, sand and sun.
9.6/10The house is beautiful and has a very good location in San Vicente, 8 minutes walk from the beach. Easy to park on the street in front of the house. There is air conditioning in each room, which is appreciated. We missed better communication with the host with any issues we had. The beds are not particularly comfortable, otherwise the floor is well equipped. The photos well represent the flat, although the pool is not as big as it looks :) We were very comfortable.
