A terrace with parrot green chairs and an al fresco table is provided. You will find a narrow corridor with sunbeds around the villa. This allows you to sunbathe in your own privacy. For your entertainment, television can be found in the living area. Modern and well-equipped, the kitchen opens onto the terrace via sliding glass doors. A brightly coloured island can double as a breakfast bar. You will find everything you need to cook delicious food in the kitchen, including an oven, microwave and stove. Air conditioning is available in the living room as well as the kitchen.

Located in a safe area, the villa is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring. The villa has heating and air conditioning.
