Ca Na Marieta House is a wonderful rental property, a rare fusion of both the Caribbean and Mediterranean styles. You will also notice the Ibizan influence in its white façade, use of colors, and flat roof. From the outside, it looks like a two-storied classic building. And from the inside, you will find that the house has been imaginatively designed to a very high standard. The living and dining spaces, the terrace, spacious bedrooms, and the other common areas all show the signature of careful planning and artistic design work. The décor is elegant and sophisticated. All the rooms have an air of openness about them, which helps to blend the outdoors with the indoors in a unique way.
This stunning holiday estate is spread over a large private land at Cala d’Or in southern Mallorca. It has an awesome location close to the sea and the harbor. Ca Na Marieta House offers a total of four bathrooms for eight guests. The first bedroom is the master suite. It has a large king bed, a study table, a large wardrobe, and bedside tables with reading lights. Two walls have glass panels providing nature views. This includes a large window and a glass door that opens to the garden. This bedroom is ensuite. It has a bathtub.
The three others all have twins and feature different linen colors that give them a unique character. They too have large windows. There are two bathrooms for the guests staying in these bedrooms, all with showers.
Ca Na Marieta House is surrounded by a wonderful garden with many tall trees, shrubs, and flowering plants. You can see the turquoise water of the sea from between these trees. Go on an early morning jog or stroll. Wake up to the call of birds as quite a few of them have their nests in these trees. Hammocks and swings hang from the branches. Young children are surely going to love them. There is a manicured lawn too, which you will see as you take the pathway to reach the main house.
The wide terrace has an outdoor lounging area with a sofa and comfortable chairs and a dining section. This is a family-friendly villa, which is why you will find a separate lounging and playing area for young children. You will also find a ping-pong table.
Inside, the house has an open-plan design with the room having the dining area on one side and the living space on the other. This is a huge space, so it never feels cramped, even when all of you decide to spend time together. The living area has deep-cushioned sofas and a modern coffee table that faces a fireplace. The sofa has extra cushions for your comfort. There is also a large-screen television. Nautical décor items bring the sea into this room. A large floor-to-ceiling glass door opens to the terrace.
The dining area has a 6-seater table. The independent kitchen has a wide assortment of appliances you may need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
The strong Wi-Fi will let you upload photos to social media and stay connected with the world. The television and ping pong table are for your entertainment. Air conditioning and the fireplace will provide comfort. The house also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, and BBQ equipment. The cost of electricity and air-conditioning are included with your stay at Ca Na Marieta House.
Cala d'Or on the southeast coast of Mallorca is a fantastic destination. It is a charming seaside town that attracts many international tourists. A mini-train runs along the roads. In the heart of the city, there is a marina and the Cala d'Or Yacht Club. Restaurante La Caracola, El Baúl, Gastrobar, Central Park Steakhouse, and Patagonia, which serve Argentinean food, are great places for food and drinks.
9.6/10The villa is beautifully situated in one of the quieter places in Porto Colom with excellent views of the sea. It has a wonderful terrace and is very child friendly. A couple of minutes from the beach, we’ll equipped kitchen, only sorry we we couldn’t eat on the terrace more - our fault it was December. Beautiful for a family holiday
9.6/10A great house next to the sea with views and a spectacular terrace. The house is perfect with everything you need in the kitchen. It is a very comfortable house and 2 minutes walk from the beach. We will come back again!
10/10We were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 toddler. House is perfectly located with amazing view. Really 5 minutes walk to the beach and beach restaurant (Blue bar is really worth it). All is just fine, nice rooms with quality beds and AC, bathrooms are brand new (1 per room (3)) and 1 without but toilets just in front of that room. Huge terrace which is really really cool. Kitchen is huge as well and has all you need. We had fantastic vacations and Portocolom is really relaxing as not crowded (no big hotels and resorts). We will definitely return there !
