Villa Miquel Tomas

Miquel Tomas is a two-story house with 5 bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms, both with double beds. A staircase will take you to a landing area and then the third bedroom, which has a king bed and a private sun terrace. You will be able to see the Cas Concos village from here. The fourth bedroom also has a double bed with antique furniture and the fifth bedroom has a single. A traveling nanny can stay here.

Each bedroom has a minimalist décor. Whitewashed walls, clean spaces, and high-quality mattresses will help you fall asleep quickly. The furniture and linen are color-matched. Large windows provide views of the surrounding countryside. There are two bathrooms – one on each floor. They both have showers and modern washbasins.

Expect total peace and solitude when you stay in this holiday home. You will see verdant pastures, and almond and olive groves all around. The hills are covered by tall pine trees. The mature garden has citrus trees and scented shrubs. You can easily spend many days just cherishing these views and relaxing. You may even see horses and sheep in the almond groves. The views are mesmerizing.

There is a private swimming pool with Roman steps descending into it. Several loungers are placed around the pool, both under the sun and in the shade. In the garden, you will find benches and a brick barbecue. A shaded verandah has an outdoor dining table and a lounging area. At the backside, there is a lawn with a play area for young children.

The front porch will take you to the arched entrance of the home. It leads to a hallway and then the open-plan living/dining room. The lounging area has a comfortable sofa facing a fireplace. The television has English and German channels. You will also find a DVD player and a speaker. There is a separate dining section. In the kitchen, there is an oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. A doorway leads to the rear section of the house.

The swimming pool is completely fenced for the safety of toddlers and young kids. There is also a playground to keep them busy. You can prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen or ask the villa manager for a professional chef. For your convenience, the villa has an iron, an ironing board, and a washing machine. The cost of electricity, air-conditioning, towel and linen change, and final cleaning are included.
