The pretty, rural town of Santanyi is also very close. Spend time on the beach, charter a yacht for a cruise on the Mediterranean, or just laze around in your villa for a relaxing island holiday – your choice.

The two bedrooms at this villa in Cala d'Or are perfect for two couples, a family with kids, or a small group of friends. Bedroom #1 has a wrought-iron double bed, a large wardrobe, and side tables with lamps. Read a book and doze off to a restful night. The window floods the room with fresh sea breeze and sunlight. Bedroom #2 has antique twin beds. A beamed ceiling adds the traditional Mallorcan touch.

For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen television, a music system, a DVD player, and a small library with books on local history and attractions.
The formal dining area is at the other corner of this room. The dining area is right by the window, so you are never far from the views. Wooden beamed ceiling runs through this section of the house too. The entire room seems like a gallery, thanks to the many paintings and objects of art. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped. It features an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. There is a second dining area here.
You will find everything you need at Villa Servera for a luxury island vacation. There is a hairdryer, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, BBQ equipment, cutlery and utensils in the kitchen, and Wi-Fi internet throughout the house. You will also find a baby high chair and a baby cot, so you don’t have to travel with one. The cost of air-conditioning and tourist tax are extra.
The property is located on the outskirts of the small rural town of Santanyi. It has quaint cobbled streets and a beautiful church with the town’s main square in front. Saturday is market day here. Golden Bay or Cala d'Or is very close. You will find many sandy beaches and scenic coves – Cala Petita, Cala Gran, Cala Egos, Cala Ferrera, Cala Serena, Cala Esmeralda, and others. There are beaches for all tastes and even quieter areas if you are looking for a quieter area. The entire area offers a good mix of restaurants, cafes, chic boutiques, and bars.
