There are 5 lovely bedrooms on the property that can accommodate 10 guests. They all have a traditional charm with antiques and solid teak furniture. Three of the rooms have twin beds and two of the rooms have double beds. The rooms are air-conditioned on a timer (cold and heat), and two of the rooms have an ensuite shower room. The rooms share two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and shower. The majority of the rooms feature lovely mountain views.

The first thing you will notice as you walk outside are the gorgeous panoramic views and the stunning L-shaped swimming pool. Here you can fire up the BBQ and grill fantastic feasts in the fresh air to serve al fresco style on the outside dining table.
The gorgeous villa has a lovely living room with large arched windows offering extraordinary views of the mountains and hills. There are numerous sofas to lounge on and watch television with international channels. The space has direct garden access and you can cook up a storm in the traditional kitchen. It includes an oven, dual sink, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and more.
You don’t have to worry about anything at Can Xaneta as housekeeping will make sure that the property is clean and in order. The linens and towels are changed weekly—usually on Saturdays. There is free WIFI throughout the property. Guests arriving by car can find off-road parking space.
The villa is situated in Alcudia between the Old town and the bustling Port d’Alcudia. This popular city has plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops. If you want to spend a day on the beach, you only have to travel 1,5km. Enjoy Medieval architecture and lovely cafes to have a drink.
