This luxury home is designed and planned for a family holiday in the Mediterranean. Its 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 8 guests. So, Villa Isabel can be a great choice if you are planning your annual family reunion. Three bedrooms have twin beds, while the fourth has a double. They all come in different color themes, making them unique. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a television, armchairs, and makeup mirrors. Large windows provide good views of the neighborhood.
The master suite is breathtaking! It opens to a wide balcony through a dual-aspect floor-to-ceiling glass wall. You can see the ocean and the distant Tramuntana mountain range from the bed itself. It has an ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing room. There are three bathrooms in the house with two of them having showers and one with a bathtub.
Entrance to the home is through a quiet lane, which is on the hillside. A courtyard will take you to the main door. The other end of the house, which is the back side, has a lovely manicured lawn. At its center, you will find a private swimming pool. A security fence surrounds the pool for the protection of infants and young children. This allows the adults to relax and enjoy themselves either in the water or the poolside loungers.
A shaded gazebo on one side has an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals. Very close to this is a brick barbecue under the shade of an old olive tree. Plan an outdoor lunch or a grilled picnic with your family. There is also an outdoor shower.
Inside, there is a large and airy sitting room with two sofas in bright colors. The room has a large-screen television, DVD player, a sound system, and a fireplace. Dual-aspect glass doors provide access to both the front and rear terraces. With two walls made entirely of glass, you can be sure that the room will be flooded with bright sunlight.
A short corridor will help you move to the formal dining room. It has a long wooden table with 8 chairs. The kitchen, in the next room, has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Tableware and glassware are provided.
There is no live-in staff but the villa host is available 24/7 for any help. You can ask for a cot/crib and a baby high chair. The bathrooms have towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers. The television has Spanish, German, and English channels. There is also an iron and washing machine. You can use all the kitchen appliances and utensils. For a charge, you can also hire a chef and a nanny. There is an open-air parking space for two vehicles.
Villa Isabel is only 100 meters from a sandy beach. This area is very popular with kite surfers. Spend a day at the Natural de s'Albufereta nature reserve. Punt d'Observació de limicoles is a popular bird-watching area. Alcudia is a short drive from this holiday home.

10/10It is a very nice place. for families is great as you have a lot of space inside and outside. the house is good equipped and the host is always there if you need help. you can reach the water quite fast. for kiters and surfer is perfect as you can walk out directly from the garden. sometime the street is a bit loud but there for you are quite close to the sea and to alcudia city. we enjoyed our stay there very much
