There are four bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other two having double beds. There are two shared bathrooms between the four rooms. Both the bathrooms have a bathtub and emanate a fresh and sophisticated look with vanity-like mirror lights, wooden racks and accessories. All the bedrooms are beautifully made, have air conditioning and little paintings are hung on some walls. The windows look even more beautiful with the attractive curtain designs. The swimming pool has sun loungers on the lawn, so you can relax post a refreshing dip. There is also a brick-built outdoor BBQ set up, so you can enjoy a scrumptious dinner amidst the greener surroundings. There is a shaded verandah outside the home, which has patio furniture. The creepers along the shade add a pleasing charm to the verandah. You can sit outside and keep a watch on the kids playing or swimming.

A few potted plants are kept within the room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, with oakwood furniture. It has all the essential kitchenware, a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The villa has modern facilities to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. There is a TV, washing machine, bathtub, dryer, iron and ironing board, and garden furniture. Villa Saterra is in a nice quaint region of Pollensa. It is just 5 km away from the main town. Both Pollensa and Alcudia towns have beautiful beaches, so you can drive by to enjoy the sun on the beach. You can even take a boat trip to the Formentor beach from here. If you are interested in hiking, there are private hiking tours organised here too. The Puerto de Pollensa beach is 8 km away. If you are interested in golfing, there is a golf course about 5 km away in Pollensa. The nearest airport to the home Palma de Mallorca is 60 km away.
