Villa Verd Alcudia

Villa Segundo has three bedrooms -one master bedroom with a double bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite washroom while the other rooms share a bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub. The bedrooms are minimally decorated with subtle colour themes. All the rooms have wide windows to look outside at the pleasant outdoors. There are wardrobes so guests can comfortably place their luggage. Matching bedsheets and curtains maintain uniformity in every room.

Villa Verd Alcudia has sprawaling outdoors with lush lawns and a swimming pool (8x5m). There are a few sun beds around the poolside to laze around and soak in the warm sun. The kids can play about on the lawns. There is a shaded terrace with special seating arrangement, so you can keep a watch on them or just spend your time with a lovely read. Tall trees and succulent greenery with some flowering trees make the place feel so charming. There is a game of table tennis here so you can play games and entertain yourself. There is a small BBQ setup at the back with an alfresco dining table, so your evenings can be spent here.

Villa Verd Alcudia’s interiors see an easy blend of traditional and modern. While the artefacts and wooden beam ceilings retain the traditional charm, the plush furnishings and homey amenities add a modern touch. The walls are dotted with wooden artefacts, painted plates, painting frames and ancient pottery vessels. The living room has a TV and a small corner fireplace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, so everyone can sit together and enjoy delicious meals. There is a small bookshelf in the home, so you can select a nice read and indulge in quiet time if that suits your idea of a relaxing vacation.

The villa has all modern amenities such as a bathtub, TV, WiFi, washing machine, iron, barbecue, and AC. The furnished kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and necessary utensils. Our concierge staff will be ready to assist you with any requirements from the time you check in. We can also provide a baby cot and high chair.
