There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to explore. The charming furniture creates a welcoming atmosphere in the modern and classic space of the villa. Even though there is no swimming pool on the property, the sea is perfect for refreshing dips.

Villa Blau Mari has 3 bedrooms laid out over two floors, all with their own unique character. On the ground floor, you’ll find one of the double bedrooms, with an ensuite shower room. The tiled floors are paired with textured slabs of stones behind the headrest in some rooms, adding to the Mallorcan style. On the top floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with a twin bed. They share a family shower room. From the rooms, you can step out onto a wide and spacious terrace to enjoy your breakfast and the beautiful views.
The villa is situated on the coastline in an upmarket area. It is nestled on private grounds with an abundance of pine trees and shrubs on the lawn. The terraces are ideal for al fresco living with tables and chairs to enjoy long meals. You can lounge out on the sunbeds while listening to the waves hit the shore. There is no swimming pool on the property, but the sea is just on the doorstep.
The interiors are set in a coastal vibe, with big, bright spaces. The bright pops of color on the sofas and pillows are a contrast to the white interiors. The villa is elegantly furnished with glossy parquet or tiled floors. You can cook for any occasion in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. Large patio doors let in lots of light and lead out to the terraces and gardens.
In between each stay, the villa is properly cleaned and fully disinfected. You can enjoy complimentary WIFI, baby cot/crib, highchairs, mid-stay cleanings, bed linen change every 8 days, parking on the open grounds, and free air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am daily.
You’ll find the villa situated in an upscale area of the coast, only 250 meters away from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The closest beach is Playa de Muro beach and if you need to stock up on groceries, the shops of Eroski Can Picafort are only 5.4 km away. Just beyond this is the town center of Alcudia, and 9 km away, you’ll find the Alcanada Golf Course.
10/10We had a wonderful time at the Villa Blau Mari - the temperatures were in the mid-20s and enjoyed several days at the wonderful sand beach with clear water. The villa is located in the second row, but has direct beach access and you have a great view from the ground and the balcony. The beach access is private, but you share the path with another vacation house behind you. There are some tourist hotels nearby and supermarkets, pharmacy are in walking distance, also some restaurants (though it’s nicer to drive to Alcudia for dinner). We definitely would recommend this villa to our friends and would come again.
