The villa is spread over two floors with the common areas on the ground level. The 4 bedrooms are all on the upper floor. Two of them have king beds, while the others have twins. The master suite comes with its own bathroom. The house has two other bathrooms. All three have showers.
All the bedrooms are large and spacious. They have wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage areas, dressing areas, private seating areas, and bedside tables with reading lamps. Windows provide views. The traditional high-beamed ceiling of Mallorca runs through the house.
Enter through the iron gate and you will find a scenic pathway that has almond trees and figurines on both sides. You will reach the main entrance of the house. You will find a beautifully decorated covered terrace with a lounging and dining area. The terrace wraps around two sides of the house, so there is plenty of space. Enjoy your lunch or just sit here to enjoy the nature views. There is also a barbecue for your grilling pleasure. Next to this place, you will find a summer kitchen.
A lavish lawn surrounds Villa Agnes. At its center is a 14 x 6-meter private swimming pool. You will find many loungers with parasols on the pool terrace, so there is never any hurry to grab the best spot. Further away on the lawn, there is also a shaded gazebo.
On the bright and airy ground floor, you will find an open-concept living room, a dining area, and a modern fully-equipped kitchen, which are all connected through arched open doorways. The living room is the perfect blend of modernity and traditions. Stone walls and the high-beamed ceiling mix gracefully with modern décor. There is ample sofa space for all the guests. The fireplace provides warmth. There is a satellite television too.
You can reach the formal dining area through an arched doorway. The table seats six guests. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.
Villa Agnes offers all the luxuries and modern conveniences for an enjoyable holiday. Everything you will find in the house will be for you and your group. The living room and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a satellite television, BBQ, CD player, and a DVD player. There is a security box where you can keep your valuables. The villa has a table tennis board. Towels are provided. Cleaning is carried out three days a week.
This family villa is just outside Pollença. The old town with its beautiful buildings and narrow streets is fascinating. Don’t miss the ancient Roman Bridge.
