There are three large, lovely bedrooms at Villa Geroni. They are equipped with air-conditioning units that follow the local energy saving initiatives, running between 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 4 am. All of the rooms feature double beds, luxe linens, and lots of space to relax at the end of the day. There are built-in closets where you can store your belongings. The rooms share two bathrooms between them.

There is plenty of space to lounge and relax outside like on the comfortable furnishings on the covered terrace. Stock up on fresh local produce from the market to prepare a fantastic feast in the barbecue facilities. Enjoy your meals al fresco style with peaceful views of the perfectly pruned garden. The private swimming pool lets you take refreshing dips whenever you want and you can spend hours outside in the sunshine.
The space has an open-plan layout with a cozy living room with sofas, armchairs and a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. You can light up the fireplace on cooler winter nights for a cozy evening with loved ones.
You can cook anything your heart—or stomach—desires in the independent kitchen that is separate from the other rooms in the villa. Here you will find a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, gas hob, and wooden furniture. There are also crockery and cutlery sets for your convenience.
There are pool towels, bath towels, and linens available that are regularly changed. You can find internet access throughout the property so that you can stay connected with friends at home.
Puerto Pollenca beach is located less than five kilometres away. This stunning area is known for its fine sand and tranquil waters. This beach offers plenty of sunbathing spots and is ideal for nautical activities like glass bottom boats, diving or snorkelling. You can find Pollenca town centre just three kilometres away from the villa. Here you can shop, browse the shops, eat at a local restaurant, or take in the lively Mallorcan lifestyle from the bars.
