Villa Punxa has three bedrooms for a small group of six guests. The sleeping area is entirely on the upper level of this double-storied house. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the third has a large double. The bedrooms are bright and cheerful with whitewashed interiors and a minimalist décor that helps provide a restful night. Paintings decorate the walls. Large windows bring in the Mediterranean breeze and sunlight. Terracotta tiled floors provide the local Mallorcan touch.
The plaid cushioned headboards provide a charming old-school touch to the bedrooms. You will be able to spread out and store your belongings easily as the bedrooms are bigger compared to the average hotel room you find throughout the continent. You will be surrounded by lemon trees and a tall wooded forest in all directions, leading up to the Serra De Tramuntana, which is right next door. The garden is lush and well-maintained. At the center is an inviting private pool. It has a shallow end where young children can splash around and have fun, while you keep a watching eye from your poolside lounger. The terrace also has a barbecue corner and an alfresco dining area. Very close to this, you will find an old well, which will remind you that this villa in Pollença once used to be a working farmhouse.

10/10Rural location, 10mins from edge of town then further 10mins from Town square, lovely villa and pool, very peaceful. Tricky piece of rough ground before you get to villa, especially in the dark but once negotiated a very enjoyable stay.

10/10It’s a lovely rural villa - simple, rustic, with everything you need, in a great location and really secluded and private. We loved it. It’s not luxurious but then neither is the price point - it's fantastic value for money. Communication was good and they quickly sorted anything we needed.
