There are three charming bedrooms in Sant Jordi Town House with both cooling and heating. You have several options for sleeping arrangements. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and the other one has an extra folding bed. The rooms feature a traditional country house decor with a warm ambiance. The property is fitted with three, modern bathrooms. One has a bathtub and all have a piping hot shower, fluffy towels, and hairdryer.

The kitchen is adjacent to the outdoor terrace so you can conveniently transport food outside for lovely al fresco meals under the stars. You can fire up the barbecue to create lovely grilled meals while other guests enjoy the 6m x 1.5m pool surrounded with plenty of seating.
The ultra charming living room has rustic wooden beams, a fireplace, and comfortable seating for a welcoming ambiance. You can watch HD cable TV with English and Spanish channels.
You can prepare homemade meals in the fully equipped open kitchen that has direct access to the outside terrace. It’s fitted with pots, pans, barbecue utensils, dishes, silverware, stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and juicer.
There’s a safety deposit box for your convenience in the villa. The villa is fully disinfected between guests and is cleaned once a week. It’s a welcoming home-away-from-home where you can enjoy the company of your loved ones in beautiful surroundings.
The townhouse is located in a delightful neighbourhood in the center of Pollensa between two hills of the Serra de Tramuntana ranges. The Puerta Pollensa sandy beach and Cala San Vicente is only 6km away while the Pollensa Golf Course is only 2km away. You can try delicious local cuisine close to the villa and have a sophisticated dining experience at Restaurant Clivia. There are lovely shops to explore nearby and at the Sunday market you can find fresh local products.
9.8/10The location of this Pollensa townhouse is really good (the restaurant nearby is also excellent). There's loads of space and the kitchen is well equipped etc. We used it as a base for cycling rather than our usual PdP and it was actually better. Town itself is lovely with some fantastic places to eat (offering better value at times than elsewhere on the island). Parking is around 400m away from the property in a basement of another building. Access is via a remote you'll get on check-in and a steep access ramp. It was fine in our hire car but anything bigger would've been a bit of a challenge.
9.8/10We had a fabulous week in Pollensa in this totally gorgeous house. It was spotless on our arrival and was so well kitted out with everything we needed. The small pool was the perfect temperature to cool off. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre. I would highly recommend this property!
10/10The house was really beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and super clean. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 people and the pool was amazing. Location was also great. We loved staying in Pollenca and also exploring the area. We always looked forward to coming back to the house to relax.
