Within the house you’ll find three bedrooms which can accommodate six guests, as well as a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. the sprawling garden is the jewel in the villa’s crown, featuring an al fresco living and dining area and an infinity pool.
The three bedrooms at Finca Son Gap are consistently designed in a traditional style, which soothes guests with their neutral colour palette and cool, terracotta flooring. The master bedroom features a double bed and an elegant full-length mirror. Located on the first floor, the window offers beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Both of the other bedrooms are twin rooms, each with two single beds. In one of the twin rooms, the beds can be arranged as a double, so you can configure the villa’s sleeping arrangements to the needs of your group.

Step outside into the glorious Mallorcan sunshine and you’ll be delighted by the sight which meets you. The garden at Finca Son Gap sprawls across manicured lawns, flower beds and patios and offers plenty of sunny and shady places to sit, socialise and play. Next to the house, you’ll find a large outdoor living area with comfortable sofas beneath the shade of a wooden veranda. This area overlooks the 4x6 metre infinity pool which is lined by sun loungers and a day bed from which you can supervise your children as they play in the water. When the air starts to cool and the sky is painted orange and pink by the sunset, there’s no need to head inside for dinner when you have a barbecue and al fresco dining table, so the whole family can enjoy an evening feast without leaving the sun.
The spacious, air-conditioned interiors at Finca Son Gap are designed in a timeless, attractive style which combines modern and traditional Mallorcan design. The main room is a large open-plan living and dining room. The living area features a cosy sofa and plush armchairs arranged in front of a flat-screen TV and a traditional fireplace. The dining area features a circular polished wood table which can seat six guests. In an adjacent room you’ll find the fully-equipped kitchen which features everything that you’ll need for a self-catering getaway, including a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave all set on beautiful stone counters.

Located in the peacefully central Mallorcan countryside, Finca Son Gap makes an excellent base for exploring everything that the island has to offer. The nearest town is the quaint rural town of Sineu where you’ll find charming cobbled-stone streets lined with bars, restaurants and boutiques. If you’d like to have a beach day, there are several beaches within half an hour’s drive, including the popular resort town of Can Picafort. The capital of Palma is also a feasible day trip, where you can do significant cultural sightseeing and take part in ocean activities such as boat trips and snorkelling.
