Finca Can Blanc has three charming bedrooms, each are air conditioned for guests comfort tastefully decorated in simple Spanish style and complete with lovely timber beamed ceilings and rough hewn stone walls. Perfectly peaceful for a wonderful night's rest. Bedrooms one and two have a large double bed, ample storage and are blessed with gorgeous views. Each is calm, beautifully clean and has a restful ambiance. The third bedroom has twin beds, perfect for the younger members of the family perhaps. Each room has plenty of storage, large windows and is simple and tasteful, calm and restful ensuring a peaceful sleep. The bedrooms are fully equipped with linens,comfy bedding and plush mattresses, and are very comfortable.. There are two bathrooms for the three bedrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and one with a walk in shower. Each is complete with towels and hairdryers.

With the villa’s access to the terrace area conveniently located through the large entryway,and from the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a breeze. The flower covered terrace boasts a barbeque and dining table and chairs overlooking the pretty gardens and lovely swimming pool. There are also various areas to relax outdoors in the massive gardens,enjoying views out across the the gorgeous gardens and countryside beyond.Finding a shady tree to relax under certainly isn't a problem here. The more energetic will love the large swimming pool, surrounded by terraces. This is the absolutely perfect place to lay back and relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds. There is also a covered lounge area, for those wanting a cooler spot to chill out, and under the pergola another lovely table and chairs for a quiet coffee enjoying the peace of the countryside. The villa has onsite parking for guests' convenience.
Entering the living areas of the villa through a flower covered pergola with an impressive timber doorway, guests will love the feel of charm and traditional Spanish styling. Archways, timber doors, beamed ceilings and stone flagged floors and soaring ceiling ensure the feel of history, warmth and “homeliness”.The charming lounge area of the villa is a delight with beautiful timber beamed ceilings, stone walls and lovely timber and iron work furniture creating a feeling of comfort. Large double doors open out to the sunny terrace filling the room with sunlight. Comfortable sofas are positioned to enjoy the glorious garden views filled with vibrant colourful flowers creating a bright and very comfortable space. The lounge area houses a flat screen satellite TV and wood burning fireplace complete the cosy atmosphere, for fun nights in relaxing and enjoying a good movie. Wifi is available throughout the home for those wishing to stay in touch with the world! Stepping through the stunning timber lined archway to the dining space guests will be impressed with the ample space for all at a lovely timber dining table, this lovely room is charmingly enhanced by timber beamed ceilings.There is also a cosy sitting area for some quiet time to enjoy a good book.
Located adjacent to the lounge and dining areas is the pretty farmhouse kitchen, charming and complete with a fabulous soaring beam lined ceiling and very well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, toaster, and utensils; all guests could possibly need to prepare hearty meals.
The villa is fully cleaned and beds freshly made on check in and final cleaning is included. Linen and towels are also included.
A baby cot and high chair are available if needed.
Assistance is provided 24/7 with the concierge service, to help with bookings, any questions and organising any requests guests may have.

This lovely property is close to some of the most gorgeous countryside in this region. Just 4kms from your Finca is the ancient town of Sineu, a charming little rural town with a fascinating history. Dating back to Roman times this lovely place has stayed a quiet little treasure, with historic buildings in abundance. The stunning town hall is a former 17th century Baroque convent, a palace built for King James 11 is now the Convent de la Concepcio and the winding little streets are a trove of stunning architectural wonders. The parish church of Santa Maria is a must see. Spectacular in both history and architecture, it is a landmark seen from far away.
Plenty of cafes and stores perfect to stock up on supplies, are within a few kilometers of your wonderful retreat, and a weekly Wednesday market is a must do! With everything from livestock to handmade lace for sale this market is a riot of colour and culture.
A train and bus station are close to your holiday home…so convenient for jaunts to some of the lovely spots on this wonderful island.
10/10We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children and had a great time. The house is very nice and very clean. The location is perfect, very quiet and close to Sineu, a charming town, and easy to visit the whole island as it is central. The pool is large and very clean which is very pleasant. Two small points of improvement: a coffee machine and a barbecue in bad condition. But otherwise, we recommend it!
10/10This is a sweet finca, with lots of charm. Buy logs locally and enjoy the wood burner, which during our stay was lovely for the cooler nights. Accommodation is clean but quite basic and for us that added some charm. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and 1 bed downstairs with bathroom near by. We found communication really easy and owners allowed a slightly earlier check in, which we were very grateful for. Note, you will pay electricity as an extra. I didn't realise this but its because Ididn't the show more part on listing. A great stay, lovely sunshine and we even braved the pool! (22ish). thank you
10/10We are a family of 5 who really enjoyed staying in this old charming stone house. The spacious pool was great fun for all of us. We took many day trips to the beaches and coves at the north and east coast and almost every spot in Mallorca can be reached within a 1 hour drive. Highly recommendable place to spend a holiday in Mallorca!
