In the four gorgeous bedrooms you will find luxurious bedding, bespoke furniture, and unique pieces. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and shower. In the master bathroom you will find a free-standing bath and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are fitted with locally made four-poster beds and two additional bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles depending on your preference.

Options are abundant at Villa Sa Llupia and you can choose from different terraced areas surrounding the villa and swimming pool. You can find sun loungers and comfortable chairs for your enjoyment. You’ll be charmed by the beautiful pink bougainvillea that creep up and over the stone walls of the villa. Fragrant orange and lemon trees create a relaxing ambiance. After a rejuvenating dip in the stunning infinity pool, you can take a shower in the outdoor shower room.

Space is abundant as the main areas are open plan and brimming with natural light. The space inspires a contemporary feel with its subtle, neutral colors and relaxing seating. The interiors are charming rustic-chic with designer pieces by Roche Bobois, Ralph Lauren, Decorus, Cherner Chair Company and Maxxalto. To keep the house warm and cozy during the colder months, there are open fires in both the living room and kitchen. Large sofas to relax in and a gorgeous, vaulted beamed ceiling decorate the living area. In the hallway you’ll be impressed by the spectacular ‘Stelle’ chandelier by Barcelona design. You have several options for dining. Do you want to dine under the magnificent Kevin Reilly ‘Altar’ chandelier which is suspended over the Andrianna Sharmaris teak butterfly kitchen table? Or perhaps al fresco dining on the covered terrace under the starry skies? To sharpen your culinary skills, you have a large open-plan kitchen and outdoor Weber BBQ. You’ll find state of the art Miele appliances in the kitchen including induction hop, double oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and larger fridge and freezer. You’ll discover a wine storage and extra fridge and freezer in the utility room. The kitchen opens up to the terrace and dining area.
