The only people you are likely to see are kite surfers and a few day visitors.
This rental property is just a few meters from the beach. It is located in a quiet lane of a sophisticated neighborhood. The house offers plenty of space for the whole family. It may look unassuming at first but once you enter the property, you will find that it has everything for a luxury stay. The villa features 6 bedrooms for 10 guests, which are distributed through two levels. Both floors have three bedrooms each. Four of them have double beds, while two have singles, perfect for two teenagers who prefer more privacy these days. The nanny or caregiver can also stay in one of these single rooms. Parents and grandparents can move into the doubles. The planning of the bedrooms makes them perfect for an extended family or two close families holidaying together.
They all have seating areas, dressing areas, and wardrobes. Large windows provide sea or garden views. There are a total of four shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

There is no better feeling than to plunge into a cool pool for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing. Here at Chalet Posidonia, you will have your own private pool. The water looks very inviting. You can take a dip anytime you want and then relax on a poolside lounger after your swim.
The terrace has two covered areas, one for lounging under shade and the second for your outdoor alfresco meals. On one side, you will find a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a small garden with a lawn.
The interior comprises 216 square meters of beautifully-furnished space. It has an open-plan design with the living and dining areas. The generously-sized living space has comfortable sofas and satellite television. You can see your favorite sports team or a movie in the evening while relaxing in luxury. The ceiling-to-floor glass door that opens to the garden outside virtually blends the interior with the exterior.
The dining area provides seating for all the guests. Both the living and dining sections are decorated in yellow and green, the colors of the outside. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and other modern appliances.
The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, which means you are going to find it in top condition. You can approach our concierge team if you need housekeeping anytime during your stay. The cost of air-conditioning and electricity are included. You have access to everything you find at Chalet Posidonia – hair dryers, BBQ equipment, the swimming pool, satellite television, and a washing machine. The house does not allow pets and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The major attraction of Son Serra de Marina is the scenic coastline that stretches from Alcudia to the Cap Farrutx peninsula. The Son Serra De Marina beach is sandy. There is a nature reserve on the road to Can Picafort. The S’Albufera wildlife sanctuary is also close. Moomba Beach Café, Sa Botigueta, and Sis Pins are good places for food and drinks.
10/10Wonderful house! Owners and agent are quick to respond and very helpful if there’s a questionan issue arises during the stay. We felt very at home and having the two separate floors ensured everyone had their own space (we were with 9 people including 3 children). Location wise was perfect for us. You can walk to the beach though with very hot weather this wasn’t done easily by the smaller children. Definitely need a car to be able to visit all the amazing places Mallorca has to offer! Plenty of parking in front of the house. The Mercadona in C’an Picafort is 10 min away and fantastic value for money to do your food shopping. Overall a great experience and would love to return sometime in the future!
9.6/10The villa is divided in two separate houses with everything in double (kitchen, bathroom...) very practical when there are many people! Beware of mosquitoes at night but apart from that we recommend it!
