The villa features a beautiful, large outdoor area with lovely ponds, patios, terraces, and a gorgeous swimming pool. It’s framed by tropical palm trees and a pool terrace where you can find comfortable sun loungers to stretch out on. The views will mesmerize you and there are plenty of activities to partake in outside. You can enjoy a game of table tennis and prepare a BBQ or pizza in the fresh air, al fresco style.
The villa is sprinkled with traditional elements like teak furniture, wooden windows and doors, and arched entryways. There is more than one living area to relax in. If you choose the reading room, you’ll be surrounded by curious antiques and artifacts. Another room features vintage sofas around a coffee table where your family or group of friends can gather in the evenings. A second sofa corner lets you watch TV or play the piano for your amusement. Head to the spacious kitchen where you can enjoy cozy dinners around the dining table.

The villa has an idyllic location in a hilly area on the North side of the Puig Maria Hill, only a few hundred meters from a mountain range. Nearby, you can visit the resort town of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente, where you can find a gorgeous beach. You can also find a golf course nearby and the Palma de Mallorca Airport is only 45km away.
10/10The size of the pool and the gardens were lovely. It was also very close to Pollensa town. The villa itself was perfect, good size rooms, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen, if you needed to prepare meals.
9.6/10We enjoyed a lovely relaxing family break in this beautiful villa with its stunning views and wonderful setting. We particularly loved the extensive and beautifully kept grounds, with so many places to sit and relax - and with a delightful collection of waterfowl
10/10Fabulous villa with lovely gardens, swimming pool terrace and multiple outside dining options. Traditionally furnished, well equipped, spacious and comfortable interior. Fast stable broadband but very limited TV channels. Car (or taxis) recommended as road to town is narrow and unlit with no verges. Resident ducks and swans are a novelty (thankfully not our feeding responsibility). Altogether a delightful property base for a very relaxing, desperately awaited first foreign holiday in two years!
