This 2-bedroom property for 4 guests come with a lavish garden and lush greenery all around that make it beautiful for small families or groups, while inside the villa, guests can find traditional stone architecture with Majorcan-inspired vibes that authentically reflect the background of the town in this land that it’s built on. The exterior facade with its stone-built walls and unique layout consisting of the main building and a separate structure sitting on layers of steps certainly make for wonderful snapshots as keepsake or for social media uploads.

There is ample space with lots of bright sunlight illuminating the rooms, of which the one downstairs is configured with double bedding and the one on the mezzanine floor with twin bedding. The rooms are classic but with a modern twist despite its wood-based decor and furnishings, while one of them has an ensuite bathroom with some local wall tiles that make it look chic and not dated.

Just a step up or two is where guests will find a sheltered alfresco dining spot with a dining table and chairs on stone floor tiling. Just across the pool also a step up is the BBQ kitchen area with an unshaded dining spot option that guests can also use to dine under the skyline, all while surrounded by the lovely breeze and green shrubbery around.
Inside the home, guests will come to be greeted by a warm, spacious and bright living hall that is done up with intimate and cosy vibes, encompassing a sitting area and the dining space. The low wooden ceiling beams and terracotta tiles certainly add that homely and old-world charm, as plush sofas occupy the sitting room with a coffee table that faces an entertainment console. Bookshelves and a brick fireplace here add to the quaintness and classic feel of the entire space. Behind the sitting hall is where the dining room beckons, while the fully-equipped kitchen with its wooden cabinets and cotta-tiled flooring lets guests experience some countryside warmth while preparing their meals.

10/10Enjoyed stay. House and area is beautiful and so peaceful and an easy walk to town. Be aware that there’s no internet nor air conditioning but the area is safe and keeping windows open at night helps.
10/10A wonderful property in an ideal location, just outside of Pollença on a quiet road. It’s a short walk or drive into the heart of Pollença for shopping and restaurants. The property has beautiful gardens and outdoor living spaces including the pool. Best of all, it is very private but still has wonderful views of the mountains and a sense of open space. The house itself has everything you need, but most of the time is spent on the patios and terraces outside. Highly recommended.
