Villa Ca'l Pesso

Villa Ca’l Pesso has five bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and the other three are twin bedrooms. There are a total of 3 bathrooms shared between the 5 rooms. The rooms on the upper level are connected to the wide terrace, so you can wake up and enjoy the pleasant air of Pollensa mornings right outside. The rooms are spacious and have sidetable, chair and wardrobe space to store your luggage. Nice paintings on the walls and a few potted plants are also placed within. The bathrooms are neatly equipped with shower space and well-cleaned. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub as well.

Villa Ca’l Pesso is blessed with nice views around the home. On the lower level, there is a large pool that has well-maintained fencing with shrubs, so you have your own privacy. There are enough sun loungers around the poolside and a couple of sun umbrellas places around. The shaded verandah of the home has a large dining table and chairs for 10 people. So you can comfortably enjoy outdoor dining at night. There is a separate section to grill hot barbecues, so that is also taken care of. On the first level of the home, there is a large terrace which gives you a complete view of the Tramuntana mountainside at the back and the rest of Old Town in the front.

Villa Ca’l Pesso is a wonderfully designed and spacious home to ensure a comfortable stay for every family member. The living room is commodious to accommodate large groups. There are two couches and two plush sofa chairs in the hall. There is a flatscreen TV and free WiFi access. There is a dining area on one side of the living room. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen adjoining the living room, to prepare yummy meals and enjoy them together in the dedicated indoor/outdoor dining areas. The home is overall a lovely blend of traditional and modern elements.

All the rooms have air-conditioning and heating facilities from 17.30 to 19.30 and 22.00 to 9.00 AM. We will provide you with bed linens, bedsheets and pool towels. We can also offer a baby high chair and baby cot on request. A well-trained concierge staff is available to assist you with any other service needs. There is a parking space available around the villa.
