It stands next to a tall hill and is just a 5-minute drive from historic Pollença. In between the house and town, there is a beautifully laid-out golf course.
This is a small and intimate 3-bedroom house for a family of 6. Precisely 7 steps from the landing area will take you to the first bedroom. It has a large king bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and photos decorating the wall. This room is the master suite in the villa. A minimalist décor and soft color tones provide a soothing touch, which will help you sleep better. One wall has a huge window, overlooking the garden and forested hill. The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and his/her sink.
There are two more bedrooms, both with twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes. The soft color tones in these rooms represent the various flowers you will see in the surrounding hillside. These rooms also have large windows. Guests staying here will have to share one bedroom, which has a shower.
Villa La Salve D´Alt has a hilltop position that offers direct views of the sea. From the parking area, steps lead to a beautiful terrace, which is partially covered. A few steps will take you to the glistening pool. The private infinity swimming pool virtually hangs at the edge of a cliff. A manicured lawn surrounds the pool. You can bask under the warm Mediterranean sun, have a picnic lunch, or simply, lie back with a book and relax. A poolside terrace has many loungers with pergolas. There are also tall trees providing natural shade.
Another terrace looks out towards the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia. It has an outdoor lounging area. A covered terrace off the kitchen has a built-in BBQ, sink, and utility area where you will find the washing machine. There is a rectangular teak table and chairs for alfresco dining.
Double entrance doors will take you to a split-level hall. The living room is to your right. This warm and cozy room has a comfortable sofa, a television, a fireplace, and a small library. The lounge is tastefully furnished. A glass sliding door opens to a sunny terrace that offers breathtaking countryside and mountain views. The antique coffee table is from the days when the villa used to be a farmhouse. It is made from an old farm tool, which was once used for thrashing corn.
The dining area is to your left. It has a wooden table for six guests. It leads to the well-equipped kitchen where you will find many appliances and utensils.
The property offers excellent privacy in a really sought-after, exclusive area. And it has everything for a fabulous holiday. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a washing machine and an iron. The swimming pool is heated in the winter and has a shallow end. You will find a cot and baby high chair for infants. Towels and linen will be changed once a week.
This holiday villa is located in the countryside just outside Pollença. It’s a historic town with cute winding streets and the famous Calvari Steps. See the Roman-era Bridge called Pont Roma. The town has many cafes, restaurants, and bars.
9.8/10The accommodation was amazing. It fulfilled everything you would expect. A dream you never want to wake up from. The access to the accommodation up to the gate is very bumpy. It would be great if the road was tarred.
