You will want to spend long hours outside relaxing in the sun. The villa is situated around 70km from the Palma De Mallorca Airport.
Villa Roqueta has a unique and enchanting layout with a one walled bedroom with a double bed configuration and fitted wardrobes. The minimalist décor provides a relaxing and welcoming ambiance. The tiled bathroom is well designed and has a walk-in shower. Mounting a flight of floating steps, you’ll reach a charming mezzanine floor. There’s an adorable window to let the breeze flow through the space.

You will be mesmerized by the outdoor areas at Villa Roqueta. The 8m x 4m swimming pool will thrill you while the surrounding stone-laid patio serves as an excellent place to stretch out on convenient sunbeds. The covered terraces with dining table and chairs are perfect for al fresco dining. There is also another set of outdoor lounge furniture and coffee table to relax in this enchanting haven.
You’ll love the charming, rustic feel at Villa Roqueta. The space is decorated with carefully chosen statement antique pieces, and to add to the charm are antique, wooden doors. The open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and a separate pantry, with the washing machine available on an outbuilding. The villa hosts 3 people max, but it has generous outside space, so it won’t feel small.
Between guests, the villa is thoroughly disinfected and sanitized. Complimentary services include mid-stay cleanings, free air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 8 pm to 8 am daily, baby cot/crib, highchairs, and parking on the open grounds of the villa.
Even though Villa Roqueta is situated in the countryside, there are lots of things to do. The Pollensa Golf Course is situated only 2km away. You don’t have to drive more than 5km to reach the Pollensa town center where you’ll find charming restaurants and shops. For a day of sea, sand, and sun, you can find the Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa beaches close by.
10/10Great spot for couples! We stayed here during our honeymoon and it was only a short 15 minute drive to multiple towns. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back soon!

10/10Everything is great! The house is just as it appears in the photos, very cozy and with all the amenities. The pool and garden are very well kept and is a plus of the house. All in all, a hit. We'll do it again!
