Villa Can Mosca is a two-storeyed villa that has three bedrooms -two of them have a double bed. The other room has single beds. Between the three rooms, there are two modern bathrooms with bathtubs. The bedrooms have no extra furniture maintaining a spacious and minimal vibe. Fresh linens will be provided to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. All three bedrooms have air conditioning so if the afternoons get too hot, you can stay within and have a comfortable nap. The bedside rooms also offer lovely views of Alcudia’s landscape outside.

Villa Can Mosca has sprawling outdoors with lush lawns and a swimming pool that will invite you for a quick dip when you lay your eyes on it. There are a few sun beds around the poolside shaded by the umbrellas beside them. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. The little kids can play about on the surrounding lawns, as the garden has swings and a see-saw too. The shaded verandah outside the home has a comfortable outdoor seating arrangement. The home is set up on what was once a working ranch, so there is also a well on the lawn. It gives you the feel of living in a traditional setting with modern settings of course.
Just like the outside, Villa Can Mosca also blends a bit of a traditional feel in the home interiors, starting with the stonewall architecture and wooden beam ceilings. The living room has a TV and a small corner fireplace. There is a long balcony in the front of the home. There is a formal dining area inside so you can all sit together and have your meals. A staircase leads you to the upper level, which has a terrace with vast views of the poolside, garden and townsite. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with the necessary kitchenware and modern amenities.

Villa Can Mosca has all modern amenities such as a satellite TV, WiFi, washing machine, bathtub, iron, barbecue, and AC. The furnished kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and necessary utensils. We can also provide a baby cot and high chair. The villa also has off-street parking. Trained staff will be there to assist you with any other service needs.
Villa Can Mosca is just 1.2 km away from the Old Town Alcudia. This place has many shops, restaurants and two large supermarkets if you want to stock up for your delicious meals. The unspoilt beach of Barcares is barely a 5-minute walk. You can also drive down to the long beach of Port Alcudia which is about 7 km away from the home. The villa gives you nice views of the Tramuntana mountain range, but if you love a bit of adventure, you can go and explore it closer with hikes or trails. Cycling is also a very popular activity here, so you can ride and explore the countryside of Alcudia.
