Villa hosts three fabulous bedrooms. The bedrooms arecomplete with air conditioning , and each is bright, airy and feature delightful decor. Timber beamed ceilings and terra cotta stone floors are enhanced by timber furnishings. The main bedroom is lovely, spacious and so pretty with charming paned glass windows opening to the beautiful views. The delightful room features a double bed, lovely stone floors, and gorgeous timber beamed sloping ceilings. The further two bedrooms are equally as lovely, two with twin beds. On the mezzanine level a single bed is available, perfect for an extra guest or a teenager wanting their own space.The mezzanine bed is fan cooled only. The bed rooms are air conditioned, dressed in pristine whites with soft muted colours to create lovely restful spaces. Large windows offer beautiful views over the gardens, town and hillside.. The bedrooms are fully equipped with quality linens and bedding and are perfect for a good night's rest.
The villa has two lovely bathrooms; Each is clean and bright, complete with fluffy towels and hairdryers.

With the villa’s access to the lovely covered terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a breeze. The covered terrace boasts alfresco dining, the absolute perfect spot to enjoy a wonderful meal under the stars with a built in barbeque, dining table and chairs and views across the the gorgeous gardens and pool.The pool deck is the absolutely perfect place to relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds. There are lovely shady spots for those not wanting too much of the glorious Mallorcan sun and a pool umbrella. Pool towels are provided. The villa has off street parking for guests' convenience.

Consisting of two levels of absolute charm, guests will love the quaint feel of a by gone era, mixed with modern, comfortable furnishings and styling.
The main level is the living spaces. Beamed ceilings create a cosy and pretty space enhanced by comfortable cream sofas, and wonderful wood burning fireplace, perfect for the cooler nights, and lovely decor pieces, creating a bright and comfortable space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. A large flat screen tv and dvd is perfect for lazy nights in watching a good movie, and the property is equipped with wifi.There is plenty of space for all to enjoy a good movie or perhaps curl up with a good book.
The dining space is the most fabulous place to enjoy a lovely meal and discuss the day's adventures whilst gazing over the gorgeous views just outside the pretty paned windows.
Adjacent to the lounge and dining area is the modern kitchen, again beautifully traditional but featuring modern equipment. This is a well equipped space with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and utensils; all guests could possibly need to create delicious meals to enjoy with family and friends.A laundry room is provided, with ironing facilities, perfect especially if travelling with children

The villa is fully cleaned for the health and safety of its guests and spotlessly clean on check in. The property is cleaned on check out also.
A baby cot and high chair are available for the youngest of guests.
Our concierge team is available 24/7 with enquiries, help with bookings, transport, babysitters or perhaps daily cleaning service, pool fencing or even a ping pong table to hire.
Check-in is after 4 pm and checkout is until 10 am please.
