Villa Tia

Villa Tia has three bedrooms, two of which have twin beds, while one has a double bed. The twin beds can be attached to make a double bed. The rooms are spacious, they have a small mirror desk, bedside tables and additional chairs. The double bedroom has direct access to the front terrace of the home. The windows ensure there is enough brightness in the rooms. Bedrooms are fitted with simple yet comfortable furnishings and there are two shared bathrooms among the three bedrooms. The rooms have airconditioning/heater facility.

Villa Tia has very charming outdoors to soak in, thanks to a little secluded location. The home is surrounded by lush lawns and tall exotic palm trees that keep it shaded. There is a well-maintained garden with shrubs and tall trees beside the wide swimming pool. A stone pathway separates the areas. There are 6 sun loungers placed along the poolside. On the outdoor terrace of the home, there is a small dining arrangement with a thatched leaf parasol, ideal for dinners or evening BBQ sessions. And just behind this is a billiards table, so you can have a good game too. On another side of the pool, there is a table tennis setup on the lawn. There is a shaded verandah which has another seating with a wooden table and chairs.

The interiors in Villa Tia give a feel of charming classic decor. Although the home has modern amenities, the feels of traditional homes has been well-preserved through the furnishings and artefacts on the walls. The living room has windows with designed grills and sheer curtains. There is a wooden book stand, vintage chandelier and fireplace in the living room. There is a TV and in front of it are grey-cushioned sofas. Just behind this area is the indoor dining area. The home also has a well-equipped kitchen and the patio doors connect it to the rear terrace. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. It has traditional style furnishing with a wooden plank above which has some other utensils. There is a breakfast table in here.

All guests are provided with fresh linen and bath towels at the time of arrival. We have a conceirge staff to ensure your smooth check-in. You can request for a baby cot/crib. The villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. Our staff can also assist you in planning local sightseeing and things to do in Mallorca. We also provide mid-cleaning services.
