There are three bedrooms to choose from at Villa Lexicon with air-conditioning and lots of space to store your belongings. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a double bed with soft linens. The last two rooms both have two twin beds each that can be transformed into double beds if desired.

The beautiful outdoor areas are perfect for spending long days lounging outside. You can prepare fantastic meals on the barbeque to serve al fresco style outside. There are several terraces to choose from to have cocktails and good conversation with your loved ones. The gem of the property is a large swimming pool with roman steps, surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden and olive and carob trees.
Villa Lexicon has a warm and rustic charm with Spanish terracotta floors and exposed beams in the ceilings. Paired with these traditional touches are modern amenities like a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. You can watch your favorite series while lounging on the cozy couches.
The open space is shared with a dining room and further on a second seating area with a cloakroom. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, and more. There are also laundry facilities for your complete comfort.
You can also request an extra cot for kids up to two years old. WIFI and onsite parking are free.
Palma Airport is just forty minutes away from the villa. The 365 Calvari steps, one of the region's most visited attractions, is a short drive away. You can also visit the Formentor Lighthouse while on holiday in Spain. This is one of Mallorca's most historic sites and offers many unique photo opportunities. In addition, you can browse the Placa Major souvenir shops or enjoy local tapas just a short drive from Villa Lexicon.
