Villa Rosewood is a three-bedroom home, one with a double bed with an ensuite shower room. Of the other two rooms, one is a twin room and the other is a single room. These two rooms share a family bathroom. The rooms are cosy with deluxe beds, necessary furniture and air-conditioning. Sit back reading a book, or take a cosy afternoon nap.

Villa Rosewood has spacious outdoors with lovely patio space, a private pool and lush lawns. There are reclining sunbeds to make the most of sunny mornings post a swim into the cool blue water. There is a shaded verandah which has a basic dining table, where you can have your dinner or evening snacks facing the poolside. There is a separate patio area, which has table tennis, so you can play a good game and hone your lost skills. The little ones can play about on the lawns, while you prepare for the alfresco dining scenes. The overall tropical setting, with sunset colours against the mountainside, is all very pleasing to spend quality time with your family.
The interiors of Villa Rosewood are beautifuly modern with classy lights and bright airy spaces. The living room has plush sofas, a round table in the centre and a flat screen TV. There is a wooden shelf with some books and a cabinet which has some lovely glasses, to clink your drinks in the evening. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with modern amenities and windows that look to the beautiful views outside. The kitchen has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary appliances .
All the rooms are air-conditioned and have comfortable beddings. There is a Wi-Fi connection, TV and DVD player for entertainment. The home has a washing machine, BBQ equipment, fenced garden and safety box to ensure the guests are comfortable at all times. We can provide a high baby chair, cot, or crib on request. Our team of hospitality staff will be there to assist you with any additional needs during your stay. We can even arrange for additional services including airport transfers, and excursions around. There is off-street parking available.
Villa Rosewood is ideally located, close to the town of Pollensa and the soothing beachsides of Peurto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The home is also near to the town side to explore the local cafes and restaurants. Given its beautiful locality, you can just soak in some beautiful views, watch sunsets over the ocean and drive down to the close tourist spots. You can also pay a visit to the Pollensa Port which is 8 km away. Tomir Mountain is 11 km away from the property. If you’re travelling with kids, then pay a visit to the Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca, just 10 km away from your home for some birdwatching.
10/10Very quite lovely house, but Pollenca is still reachable in 5min driving. I had a great time, enjoyed the pool, sunsets, loved the new kitchen and communication with the host was great! I can recommend it to everyone who‘s looking for a relaxed hideaway.
