When you arrive at Finca Can Diego, you can match your room to mood, as each of the three ensuite double bedrooms is uniquely designed to exude its own personality. With beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls there’s an element of the traditional in each room, which is contrasted by vibrant colours and plush furnishings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony with views over the garden.

Outside the Finca’s charming stone walls, you’ll find a large garden with plenty of bight and shady spots in which to enjoy the glow of the Mallorcan sun. The main area of the garden features is manicured lawn surrounding a turquoise swimming pool. The lawn is dotted with both native and tropical trees, which offer shade to the poolside sun loungers. Moving towards the house, there’s a charming covered veranda with an outdoor living room and al fresco dining table. There’s is an additional table positioned in the sun, so when it comes to dinner and the whole family gathers around for a meal prepared on the purpose-built barbecue you can decide whether you’d like to eat in the sun or the shade.
The indoor areas at Finca Can Diego are traditional and quirky. Eclectically decorated with antique pieces and warm colours, the homey atmosphere will make you feel as though you are visiting your beloved Balearic grandmother. The main room is open-plan with a living room with large sofas and a TV flowing seamlessly into a casual dining area with a vintage style dining table. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen which has everything you need to prepare delicious local dishes using fresh produce. The kitchen also features an antique fireplace which adds to the house’s traditional Finca ambience.

Finca Can Diego is located on a secluded hillside, just outside the town of Inca. Located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, this is a great location for families who would like to incorporate hiking or cycling into their holiday for an active getaway. If you rent a car, you’ll have the whole of the island at your fingertips since Finca Can Diego is so centrally located. With over 550km of gorgeous coastlines and countless lovely villages to explore, Mallorca truly packs a lot of flavour into such a small package.
10/10We stayed with friends in this beautiful Finca to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The owners left a welcome gift in the fridge because we arrived very late. We enjoyed ourselves at the pool or in the beautiful garden. When we go back to the island, we will for sure go back to Finca Can Diego.
