This rental property is truly special in every way, which you are going to feel the moment you arrive here. It is located in south Mallorca, very close to the Ses Salines town. It is surrounded by wide-open fields, orchards, and a slightly hilly landscape. You will find few houses nearby, which give you complete privacy. It is very quiet and peaceful here, great if you are looking for a lazy holiday away from the busy resort areas of the island. And yet, this villa is close to many beaches and tourist attractions, which means, you can easily plan trips to explore Mallorca and enjoy many of its attractions.
The villa has three bedrooms for six guests, all with large king beds. Bedroom #1 has a designer bed and a large window that provides wonderful views. There are seating areas, large wardrobes, and side tables with reading lamps. Bedroom #2 has a floral theme, which you will find in the double bed and the overall décor. They are both ensuite with showers.
Bedroom #3 has more of a playful theme, which makes it a good choice for two kids. This room too has a large window.

A dirt road leads to the property and goes inside through the traditional stone gates. You will love the traditional stone façade as soon as you see the building. Surrounded by acres of gorgeous forestland, Villa Can Xesquet offers absolutely breathtaking scenery from virtually every angle. You can easily spend many hours around the pool, whether swimming in the cool water or basking under the Mediterranean sun on a lounger. The wide garden with many trees is all around. Go on long walks or take a bike and explore the countryside.
There are two dining areas on the pool terrace, one under shade. The shaded area also has a barbecue, so you can cook up a grilled feast. Enjoy the views while you have your food outside.
Once an old farm home, Villa Can Xesquet has been completely renovated and upgraded for the comfort and luxury of guests. The interior is arranged around a breezy dining room on one side, and a lavish drawing-room on the other. The living area has plush sofas and chairs, so the entire family can come together and spend quality time catching up and planning for the next day. A wooden-beamed ceiling provides the traditional touch. An open staircase leads to the upper level, where the bedrooms are located.
The dining area and kitchen are part of the same unit. The modern table seats all six guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances.

The villa is very close to the Ses Salines town. History lovers will love to see the nearby Bronze Age settlements that back to the 9th century BC. Botanicactus, one of the largest botanical gardens in Europe, is 3 kilometers away. The Parc Natural de Mondragó nature site is also close.
10/10We stayed here for a week in April and we absolutely had an amazing time. The house is perfect, spotless and has everything you would need- towels, blankets, bike helmets and 3 coffee machines! As it was bit cold during our stay we took advantage of the stove fires on both levels of the house and it was perfectly warm. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful - every morning they delivered fresh bread and pasties to us, this was such a treat! It is about 20 minutes to walk to Ses Salines and some lovely choices for restaurants. We took the car most days and visited a different beach each day - never more than 15 mins drive! Loved the area and the house was really a dream. The only small comment we had was the WiFi wasn’t very strong. It didn’t upset our stay in anyway - but I guess it could be improved.
