The luxurious villa has an L-shaped open-plan living and dining room with a vaulted ceiling and stylish marble floor. The space has air-conditioning, and four doors lead out to the wonderful terrace outside. The design is sophisticated yet rustic with rattan and teak furniture. You can stretch out on armchairs and sofas around a coffee table. There is a fireplace to snuggle up in front of and you can watch TV on the large flatscreen TV. You can eat dinner around a solid wood dining table with delicious meals that you make in the large open kitchen. It has top notch kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a breakfast bar.
You can enjoy air-conditioning between 2-4 pm and 10 pm to 6 am. If you want air-conditioning all day, you can have it at an extra charge. You can also request a baby cot and highchair for the little ones. Stair gates are also available. The housekeeper stops by once a week to make sure everything is clean and in order.
You can admire almond groves and rolling hills from the beautiful s’Albercoquer which is located on the south side of Mallorca near Portocolom and Cala d’Or. You can practice your swing at the Vall d’Or Golf Club which is only 2 km away. There are dreamy bays and beaches nearby and lots of places where you can go for nature walks or cycling. You can also walk to Castell de Santuiri that has all types of wildflowers.
