Villa Binifarda Dor

Binifarda Dor is a home for 9 guests with a total of 5 bedrooms. The main house has one bedroom each on the ground and upper floor. The three others are in an annex. The first bedroom, which is on the ground floor, has a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The annex, surrounded by a lush forest, has wrought iron and wooden beds. Two rooms have twins, while the third has a double. With various sleeping arrangements, you are sure to find something you prefer. Wide doors open to small terraces that overlook greenery. Armchairs are placed here, so you can enjoy your coffee or evening drink in complete peace.

You will immediately be impressed on arrival when you see the stone façade of the house. The house sits at the center of a massive 18,000 square meter private estate where you will see many trees. It’s an extension of the surrounding forest land. The serene space will give you a deep sense of peace and tranquility. Garden footpaths will take you to various parts of the estate. The 12m x 6m salted swimming pool is on a raised platform, which also has a sundeck. Nine loungers are placed here, one for each guest. Many of them are under pergolas, providing shade. There is no rush to grab one as there are 9 loungers for 9 guests.

Villa Binifarda Dor has a beautiful shaded verandah with an outdoor dining table and a lounging area. It protrudes into the sun, forming a large terrace facing greenery. There is a second outdoor seating area in another corner. You can carry the portable BBQ to any corner you like and enjoy an outdoor feast within nature.

The interior of this luxury home is equally impressive. The ground floor features a living area, dining table, and kitchen, all furnished in rustic style. The living room has comfortable armchairs, a DVD player, and a smart television with English and German channels. It opens to a wide terrace. Above, you will find Mallorca’s traditional wooden-beamed ceiling.

The dining area features a rustic wooden table with seating for the entire family. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There is also a beautiful four-sided fireplace between the dining and living areas. The ground floor of the main building has underground heating.

The villa owner has thought of the smallest details to ensure total comfort and convenience for the guests. There is a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board in the house. The bathrooms have towels and hairdryers. You can carry the portable barbecue anywhere within the estate. The swimming pool is ready for use. Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare meals or you can ask for a chef.
