Its location is fabulous too. The villa is located in the small town of Campanet in northeastern Mallorca at the base of the imposing Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains. You can easily visit the impressive Playa De Muro beach, Alcudia beach, and the Puerto de Pollença harbor town from here. Its location at the side of a hill ensures that you will get awesome views. So, you can spend many hours enjoying these views as well.

The villa has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, making it a good choice for an extended family. One bedroom has a king bed, while the two others both have twins, which can be joined if you want to form large doubles. The décor is minimalist, which ensures you will have a lot of space in the bedrooms. However, there are still large wardrobes, armchairs, dressing areas, and bedside tables with reading lights.
All three bedrooms are thoughtfully on the upper level of this two-storied house, away from the common areas. So, you can sleep comfortably anytime you want without any noise around, even during the daytime. There are three bathrooms in the house, all with showers. If you are a larger group, you can also rent the house next to Villa Font 41. Together, the two residences can sleep up to 12 guests.

The villa occupies a 500- square-meter private estate at the side of a hill in Campanet. You will find a large terrace with a 2.20x5.45 meter private swimming pool, which will be exclusively for you and your family. Six loungers are placed beside the pool – one for each guest. You can swim anytime you want or relax on a sunbed, enjoying the warm sun of the Mediterranean.
On the upper level of the house, you will also find a wonderful shaded balcony with an outdoor dining table. The balcony offers fabulous city and hill views. You can easily spend many hours here, enjoying these views.
The interior is spread over 180 square meters. Villa Font 41 is nicely structured with the living and sleeping areas clearly demarcated. You will reach the spacious living room on entering the house through the ground floor. It has sofas and armchairs, providing seating for the entire family. All of you can watch a movie together on the large-screen television. A staircase from here leads to the upper-floor bedrooms.
The dining room and kitchen are together in the next room. The high-standard kitchen has many modern appliances. This room leads to the balcony with an outdoor dining table. The traditional terracotta flooring runs throughout the interior.
Villa Font 41 is completely air-conditioned for your comfort. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathrooms have towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers. There are safes in the bedrooms. The cost of mid-stay and final cleaning is included. The cost of electricity is also included.
The small town of Campanet is surrounded by stunning landscapes. You will be staying at the base of the Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains, so you can always go hiking. Visit the Coves de Campanet, a unique cave in Mallorca with many stalactites and stalagmites. Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are both close. You can also visit the Sa Pobla rural community.
