The three bedrooms at Clay House are bright, spacious and colourful. The master bedroom is a large suite with a beautiful purpose colour palette brought through the violet bed linens and floral artwork. There is a second double bedroom and a children’s room with two twin beds and child friendly wall hangings. All of the rooms are designed to maximise comfort with quality bedclothes, curtains and air-conditioning. The three bedrooms also share a large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Of course, the most important part of any Mallorcan villa is the garden. Clay House offers extensive outdoor areas where you and your family can relax, play and make many happy memories together. As you exit the house, you’ll find yourself on a peaceful covered veranda with an al fresco dining table and luscious plants and bushes. This is where you’ll probably begin and end your day, starting with a morning coffee and ending with dinner cooked on the state-if-the-art stove barbecue. Further into the garden is a large swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and a manicured lawn.
The interiors of Clay House are designed in a grand, traditional style, evocative of a Finca inhabited by a successful Balearic farmer or artisan. With high beamed ceilings, antique fireplaces and classic wood tones you will feel as though you have stepped back in time. The main room is a living/dining room. The lounge area features two comfortable sofas arranged around an elegant coffee table and in front of a wide-screen TV. As you move past the rustic staircase, you’ll find yourself in the expansive dining area which features a dining table with space for at least six diners. In an adjoining room, you’ll have access to a fully-equipped country-style kitchen. Here you’ll find everything that you need o to be totally self-sufficient, including a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and more as well as a modest breakfast table and garden views.

The house is located among the charming olive groves and gently rolling hills of the Northern Mallorcan countryside. The region is known for excellent hiking and cycling trails in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains and at the Albufera natural park, as well as its particularly beautiful scenery. You’re equally situated between Alcudia and Pollensa, both of which offer their own unique charms. Alcudia is a popular beach resort with glorious golden sand beaches and myriad Spanish and international drinking and dining options. Pollensa is a smaller, more historic town which is beloved for its gorgeous Roman, Arab and Mediaeval Spanish architecture.
