There are 5 lovely bedrooms on the property—two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All the cozy bedrooms are elegantly decorated with stunning finishes and views. The beds are dressed in crisp linens, and you can enjoy ample storage space and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds, one on each floor. The two other bedrooms are twin rooms, again on separate floors. On the ground floor the bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is another shared bathroom on the upper floor with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a hydro massage shower. All of the bedrooms are equipped with fluffy towels and hairdryers.

This remarkable property offers spectacular views and plenty of spots for guests to enjoy them. The gorgeous 9 x 5 meter swimming pool lets you enjoy lovely views of the lush lawns, and the flower and shrub filled gardens. The comfortable sun loungers around the pool terrace are a wonderful place to relax and watch the fluffy clouds float by in the sky. Whip up an incredible meal in the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and serve it al fresco style outside in the fresh air. Play a game of table tennis and billiards on the covered terrace. There are activities to enjoy for guests of all ages! On the upstairs terrace you can enjoy sunset cocktails and soak up the beauty of the natural surroundings.
The villa stretches over 346 m2 and is set over two floors. The living areas are roomy and bright with doors leading out to the wrap around terrace. A cozy lounge area with bright plush sofas is perfect for watching a movie on the satellite TV and dvd player. Cuddle up in front of the open fireplace on cooler evenings.
The dining area has a big wooden table and chairs, with doors leading out to the terrace and al fresco dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with everything you need to create your dream dishes. A smaller table and chairs are situated here for lighter meals. Doors lead out to the terrace so that you can artfully serve meals al fresco style.
An out of schedule arrival is included, check-in is from 5 pm to 3 am and departure is at 10 am. The property is cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival, there is a mid stay cleaning and final cleaning upon departure. Daily cleaning can be requested. Linens are changed every week and there is a laundry and ironing service at an additional charge. A baby cot and high chair are supplied for the little ones. Those arriving by electric car can charge it at the villa at an extra fee.
The lovely villa is ideally situated only 3 kilometres from the vibrant town of Alcudia, and 9 kms from the charming town of Pollensa. Both of these towns have rich histories and plenty of points of interest to explore. Discover enchanting shops and markets, restaurants, cafes and bars. Port De Alcudia is also very close to the villa, where you can enjoy white sands, azure waters, and a myriad of activities like kayaking, boat trips and pedallos. The enchanting boardwalk offers a large array of restaurants, shops, cafes.
10/10It was a pleasure staying at this villa. We had an amazing stay. The villa was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing and the amenities were on point. Any concerns were addressed immediately. We were an extended family of 10 and it was more than enough space. The pool, pool table and ping pong table were a big hit with the teenagers.We would definitely stay here again.
9.8/10Highly recommended with a larger group. The villa is located in a quiet area easily accessible with a rental car. It is about 50 minutes to the airport in Palma. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car. We were in the house with 5 people and we lacked nothing, as the house is very well equipped (dishwasher, hairdryer, towels, fridge & freezer). However, items such as soap and dish soap must also be purchased if you are traveling with a larger group. As a small activity, you can use the ping-pong table and the pool table, as well as the pool. Two small points to note: - Missing water pressure when too many people shower at the same time - quiet beeps of the alarm system (However, this can only be heard if you are staying directly in the kitchen (in the rest of the house it is not a problem)
10/10The Villa has a fantastic outdoor area with a beautiful pool, nice covered barbecue corner and many small corners where you can also retreat. The pool table and the ping-pong table invite you to many duels. The Villa is a bit remote on a poorly accessible road. The beach and city are about 10 minutes away, but at the same time this is also an advantage, because you have complete peace and quiet
