Each day at Villa Sa Vinyeta will begin and end in one of the villa’s three lovely bedrooms, each of which is designed in a cosy, traditional style. The master bedroom is a picture of classic elegance, centring around a king-sized bed with an extravagant iron headboard. The master bedroom also has a charming French balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Bedroom number 2 is also a double room and has a writing desk at which you can do any admin or planning that may be necessary during your trip. The final bedroom is a twin room, perfect for children, with two single beds and a standing mirror.

Villa Sa Vinyeta has a gorgeous 8500 square metre garden that sprawls over lawns, patios and a pool deck. When you first exit the house, you’ll find yourself on the shaded dining terrace, furnished with a six-seater al fresco dining table, which is slightly raised and so benefit from soothing countryside views. The main feature of the garden is the 7x3.5 metre swimming pool, which parents will be glad to hear features a shallow end, so even the smallest members of the family can play safely in the water. The kids will also love the trampoline, on which they can while away the time while the adults prepare dinner on the barbecue.
The interior design of the house perfectly mirrors the delightful countryside setting, as it is conceived in a timeless, traditional style, and is decorated with antiques and vintage wall hangings. The main room is an open-plan living and dining room. In the living area, you can catch a quiet moment in front of the TV, while lounging on the comfortable sofas and armchairs. Elsewhere in the main room you’ll find the formal dining table, around which you can enjoy meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, where the culinary enthusiasts among us will be happy to find the full range of modern amenities, including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

Located just outside the charming village of Binissalem, a centuries-old rural town known for its charming stone architecture and gorgeous church, the area surrounding Villa Sa Vinyeta pairs perfectly with the house’s traditional design. In town, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as all of the necessities such as a supermarket, bank and pharmacy. The villa also benefits from a fairly central location, making it the perfect base to explore the best that Western Mallorca has to offer, from Palma to Alcudia.

10/10We had a very nice stay in the finca and felt very comfortable! Everything was just right. The pool was cleaned daily and the rubbish was disposed of, the rooms were very tidy and the location is very quiet and in beautiful nature. We would love to come back anytime!
