The three bedrooms are all designed with the perfect night’s sleep in mind. With air-conditioning, window blinds and quality linens and mattresses you’re in for sweet dreams no matter the time of year. The lucky resident of the master suite will have access to a double bed and an in-room jacuzzi bath. It also has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. Parents travelling with children will be glad to hear that the other two rooms are a double bed and two single beds. With calming, neutral colours and a shared bedroom, these are the perfect bedrooms for kids or teenagers.

As soon as you wake up in your cosy bed and notice the beautiful blue sky through your window, you’ll be itching to get out into the glorious Mallorcan sunshine. The garden offers plenty of sunning and shady areas to either soak in the rays or catch a bit of respite from the heat. There’s a sunny terrace adjoined to the living room which overlooks the main garden, and features an al fresco dining table so not even diner time needs to draw you inside. If you’d like to work on your tan, head to one of the poolside loungers, from which you can sunbathe while supervising your children as they splash in the glistening pool.

The interiors at Orvay House are modern, bright and comfortable. The main room is an open-plan living and dining room. There is a spacious media area with a massive L-shaped couch and a wide-screen TV. The adjacent dining area features a contemporary dining table with space for six guests. The kitchen is the star of the interior areas. Through a glass wall which floods the room with light, your fully equipped kitchen is bold, colourful and modern. You’ll have everything that you need here to prepare any of the ambitious Spanish dishes or home-home-style comforts that your family is craving. You’ll be fully self-sufficient with an enormous fridge-freezer, island counter, over, stove, microwave, dishwasher and more.

From the moment that you arrive until your last wave goodbye, you’ll be looked after by Orvay House’s friendly team of local staff. They’re always on hand o help you to organise any additional activities and services, such as babysitting, airport transfers or in-villa massages, which would make your stay especially comfortable and memorable. Final cleaning is included in the booking price, and you’ll also have access to the modern conveniences of WiFi and air-conditioning.
